Best Practices in Transit Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Abstract

This proposed research will seek to gain insights into best practices and lessons learned in transit customer satisfaction surveys. The focus is specifically on exploring new data visualization and analysis tools, survey methodologies, weighting approaches, and other techniques that can enhance the survey process. The goal of this research project is to identify effective models and best practices in transit customer satisfaction surveys that successfully capture customer feedback and provide actionable results for agencies in their data collection, public engagement, and decision-making processes.
