As a supplement to the proposed third phase, the proposed Phase IIIA will conduct research and development on creating a dashboard application for visualizing and QA/QC (Quality Assess and Quality Control) of the real-time traffic signal performance metrics and CV messages from the ATSPM and deployment sites.
