The NJDOT Research Library operates as a branch of the New Jersey State Library and is funded by the FHWA State Planning and Research Program as a research project. The library serves NJDOT employees; New Jersey state government employees; other libraries, organizations, and businesses; and members of the general public. Two certified professional Librarians provide
